(anti) NATO summit this weekend

The authorities are boosting security for the NATO summit this weekend in Strasbourg. Anti-NATO protests are planned. UPI reports: "25,000 police will be located in Strasbourg, Kehl and Baden-Baden when the leaders of 26 NATO member states meet there April 3-4. The three cities will turn into fortresses, with schools closing, manholes being sealed and French and German fighter jets on standby. Security for the summit will cost $146 million."
Another waste of money, in addition to the $1 trillion or so spent by NATO every year on the military.
And yes, there will be German and French fighter jets on standby!
