Double standards with Israel's nukes

El Baradei, Director General of the IAEA, said Israel's nuclear weapons posed a problem for non proliferation. It is an important point, as other countries in the Middle East, most notably Iran, are asked to clarify their nuclear programs but Israel is not--even if Israel has nuclear weapons and hasn't even signed the NPT, the main international treaty on those matters.
