UK spends 20 bn pounds on Iraq and Afgh

All the money the UK has poured into Afghanistan and Iraq so far (20 billion pounds, 11 of which for Afghanistan--and this excludes soldiers' salaries, it's just the extra expenses of war) is 10 times what is needed to abolish tuition fees in England:
Former London mayor Ken Livingstone said: "The true cost of our policy of international adventures is now being shown - £20bn is 10 times the amount it would cost to scrap student fees in England, for example."
